In Store Returns
We do not accept returns on orders placed in store. We work collaboratively and each print is reviewed by the customer and our professional staff on our color calibrated monitors before printing. Little Metal Print is not responsible for any issues in resolution quality or color due to the file. Once your print leaves the shop it is in your care. Should special circumstances arise they will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Your prints are handled with the finest care while in our hands and expertly packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. Should your prints be damaged during delivery, please photograph the damaged print and package and contact us as soon as possible for a replacement print.
Please review your images prior to uploading them onto our site. We handle each print from start to finish with professional quality assurance. Little Metal Print is not responsible for image quality issues with the original file. This includes resolution, color, contrast, and any spelling or grammatical mistakes should your image include text.

Please note that only technical inadequacies, which were avoidable with the technology available is considered a defect, but does not include aspects of personal taste. Differences in color between the images and the original image data are not a defect. There is no defect if reduced quality is due to the poor quality (for example, low resolution) of the original image data.
The dye sublimation process requires a bleed area that will be cropped from the image you submit. If there is any detail along the edges on your image please clearly communicate that to our artists before approving your images to print. You may set up the image to include a white border which eliminates image trim. Trimmed image area is not considered a defect.
It is important to notice that all sizes mentioned in the site are approximate and some deviations can be expected as the products are created on an individual basis.If you are not satisfied with your print a reprint can be made at cost to you.
Printing Policy: Panoramas
When printing a panorama please review your image carefully. Consider adding a small amount (2%) of overlap to compensate for trim. If there is any detail along the edges on your image please clearly communicate that to our artists before approving your images to print.
